Exclusive Membership

Your exclusive membership in the Summerside Residents Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a Summerside home. Membership dues provide the necessary resources to maintain Summerside's exclusive facilities for the enjoyment of all Summerside residents. The fees for the Residents Association could be as high as $310.00 for standard lots, $435.00 for lake access lots and $745.00 for lake lots. These prices are subject to annual inflationary increases. Initial fees charged may be lower than these maximum fee limits.
